Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM IST on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic and International Shipping: Shipping charges are applied based on the product’s weight, size, and destination. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with charges varying depending on the product and destination, which will be reflected during checkout.
- Additional Charges: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Timeframes
- Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days, depending on location.
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (additional charge).
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors. Bharat Spare is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment in real-time using the tracking number provided.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Bharat Spare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Order Not Received
- If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us via our Contact Page with your order number. We will assist in tracking the package and resolving any issues.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, and may offer a replacement or refund as per our refund policy.
Changes to Orders
- Once an order has been shipped, no changes can be made to the shipping address. If you need to modify your shipping information, please contact customer service as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
